MANSEHRA: Wildlife Department of Mansehra on Monday arrested the inter-provincial smuggler of the rare birds of Hazara division. According to the reports, wildlife department staff on the tip-off raided and arrested a smuggler and confiscated rare type of pheasant those can only found in upper parts of the Hazara division. The smugglers used to transport the rare birds illegally to other provinces.
