About the Author

Kanika Dhillon is an author who also writes screenplay and dialogue for Bollywood films; her debut novel Bombay Duck is a Fish was published in 2011. An alumnus of the London School of Economics and St Stephens College Kanika divides her time between writing films and books. She currently resides in Mumbai and is on a quest to live stories and capture them in words.



The films she has worked on include Om Shanti Om Ra One & recently she has penned the screenplay of Size zero - a bi lingual in Tamil and Telegu.

Currently Kanika has written the story screenplay and dialogue of an upcoming film Manmarzian produced by Anand L Rai - starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pedneker. Kanika has also worked as creative head with Red Chillies entertainment Balaji telefilms and Times of India (Junglee pictures) in her past.
