Police said the Sitarmahi-bound bus, coming from Sheohar, was overcrowded and passengers sitting atop the bus came in contact with the overhead live wire near Rashidpur Muktidham village under town police station area in the district. Three of the seriously injured were admitted to the Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital while the rest were being treated at the local government hospital here.
