Shivpal begins poll drive from Ayodhya

Faizabad/Ayodhya: Newly appointed state in charge of Samajwadi Party Shiv Pal Yadav chose temple town of Ayodhya to kick off the campaign to strengthen the organisation of the party for the forthcoming assembly polls. tnn
Shivpal also announced to increase grant for Saryu action plan to Rs 2,200 crore and said cleaning drive for Saryu river is to be started soon. Talking to TOI, SP veteran leader and district president Jai Shankar Pandey said Faizabad and Ayodhya is centre of 'Ganga-Jamuni' culture and communal brotherhood so starting the campaign from therewill give out a strong message of peace and tolerance.
