Mehrene Pirzada sets ramp on fire in Saachi's show

New Delhi, Apr 17 (UNI) Tollywood actor Mehrene Pirzada, who will soon make her Bollywood debut in Anushka Sharma's productions 'Phillauri', today made her ramp debut at the 'India Runway Week' season 6, in a collection by Saachi Thahyramal.
Talking about her first ever experience of walking the runway, Mehrene told UNI, "the experience was amazing and magical, those two minutes you just have to let everything go and the eyes are on you. Definitely, it was astonishing.
"I would always cherish this, but at the same time, I like acting more than walking the ramp," the Telugu actor quipped.
On her debut with Anushka, she said, "Yes, I am in the movie, but won't be able to talk about it, as the project is under construction and people have to wait till something comes from the production house.''
Talking about her future projects, she said ''I have signed a couple of Telugu movies, so I am busy and enjoying my job.
"I have done a lot of commercial, but that is the reason why I am here and doing great stuff. Doing commercial feels amazing, they give you a different experience and exposure.
"When you are endorsing a brand, it feels good and I hope to do a lot of commercial, along with some good flicks,'' she added.
Walking for Saachi, she said, "It was amazing. Saachi is popular in youth and her designs are for them. I like the material, accessories and the colours."
Saachi is known for incorporating style with class, while adding a fun element to it. Her designs find a ready audience with the younger generation, who swear by her label 'Saachi Thahyramal'.
