Shiv Sainiks organise mass wedding in Aurangabad

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Apr 16 (UNI) In the back drop of the drought in the region, Shiv Sena organised a mass wedding here today.
At least 244 couples belonging to various castes and religions participated in the event. The ceremony held at Ayodhya Nagari ground in Aurangabad of Marathwada region of Maharashtra under the Shiv Sena Pramukh Balasaheb Thackeray Kanyadan Yojna.
Those who attended were governor Ch Vidhyasagar Rao, party president Uddhav Thackeray, Yuva sena chief Adithya Thackeary, Heavy Industries Minister Anant Geete, Transport Minister Divakar Raote, District Guardian Minister Ramdas Kadam, convener;’ Aurangabad MP Chandrakant Khiare and all the Sena elected representatives and all the top bureaucrat, saints, mahants and different walk of life.
