WE understand that on the recommendation of Rai Sahib Lala Murli Dhar, official Liquidator of the Doaba Bank, Ltd., (in Liquidation), Rai Bahadur Damodar Das, Additional Judge in charge of liquidations, has sanctioned a second dividend of annas nine in the rupee to all creditors.



WE understand that on the recommendation of Rai Sahib Lala Murli Dhar, official Liquidator of the Doaba Bank, Ltd., (in Liquidation), Rai Bahadur Damodar Das, Additional Judge in charge of liquidations, has sanctioned a second dividend of annas nine in the rupee to all creditors. This will bring up the total dividend to annas twelve in the rupee to all creditors. Another scheme of the Liquidator for payment of 90 per cent. (including the dividend already paid) of the total claim in full satisfaction to such creditors of the value of Rs. 2000 and under as avail themselves of the offer has also been sanctioned. These payments will begin from next month.
