MINGORA: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a suspected terrorist, during an intelligence based operation (IBO) today.

CTD sources said that responding to an intelligence tip-off regarding presence of anti-state element operation was conducted in main Mingora town of district Swat.

During action after minor resistance, a terrorist was identified as Fazal Rabbi hailing from Pattan area of Kohistan was apprehended with arms.

The detainee has been shifted to an undisclosed place for further interrogation.
