'Hasratein' back with second season?

It was one of the most popular TV shows of the 90s. With talented actors like Sana Amin Sheikh, Shefali Shah and Harsh Chhaya in the lead, 'Hasratein' was one of the cult shows.
Based on the Marathi novel 'Adhantari' by Late Shri Jaywant Dalvi, 'Hasratein' made Harsh Chhaya a household name. It is a bold story of a woman who leaves her husband and maintains an extra-marital relationship with another married man.

According to reports, the makers are planning to come up with a sequel of the show with a brand new story revolving around modern-day dysfunctional relationships.
Producer Ajai Sinha, who is busy with 'Aadhe Adhoore' on Zindagi, might be taking out time for 'Hasratein 2'.

Though no official announcement is made yet, but a few actors have met Ajai Sinha and are in talks for season 2 of the popular TV show.
