LS Speaker urges to suspend ‘Sanad’

Jabalpur, MP, Apr 12 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan wrote a letter to the Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council (MPSBC) requesting to suspend “Sanad” (License) of eight MPs including her.
The MPSBC sent notice to the MPs -- working as office of profit – to suspend their Sanad. In reply, Ms Mahajan said it was not possible for her to work as lawyer and urged to suspend the Sanad.
MPSBC Spokesman Radhelal Gupta said here today that the letter would be presented before the appeal committee on May 5, 2016 for further action.
