Khaitan, JSA, ILP on Takshashila hospitals sale to Toyota Tsusho and Secom

Khaitan & Co advised VSK Holdings and its promoters Vikram Kirloskar and Geetanjali Kirloskar on selling their stake in Takshashila Hospitals to existing joint venture partners Toyota Tsusho Corporation Japan and Secom Medical System Singapore, which were advised by J Sagar Associates (JSA).

Khaitan Bangalore partner Rajiv Khaitan, associate partner Vinay Joy and senior associate Rohith Rajendran acted for VSK Holdings and its promoters.

JSA Bangalore partner Vivek Chandy acted for Toyota and Secom.

Indian Law Partners (ILP) advised Japan Bank for International Cooperation, the other existing investor in Takshasila Hospitals.
