Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt says he would love to have actor Salman Khan make a guest appearance in his upcoming biopic.

Dutt’s director friend Rajkumar Hirani is making the much-anticipated movie, which has Ranbir Kapoor playing the Munna Bhai MBBS actor.

“I don’t know if Salman is in the biopic or not, but I would wish to have him in the film in a cameo,” said Dutt.

The actors worked together in films such as Saajan, Dus and Chal Mere Bhai, and co-hosted a season of Bigg Boss.

The 56-year-old actor is co-producing the film with Hirani. The movie’s script has been penned by Hirani and writer Abhijat Joshi.

“Raju Hirani’s company and mine are making the biopic on me together. I haven’t heard the script yet but I hope it will be good,” the actor said at the red carpet of Femina Miss India Finale 2016.

On his own acting projects, Dutt said, “My first two films will be with Siddharth Anand and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. Work on Munna Bhai 3 will start after the biopic is finished.”

Dutt’s biopic is expected to hit theatres in India on Christmas, 2017.
