JAMMU, Apr 11: Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) today announced its 72-member body for district Srinagar.
The body was announced by Fayaz Ahmad Bhat (Member, National Council and president, Srinagar Kashmir) after due deliberations and discussions with senior party leaders and in consultation with Sat Sharma, State president and Ashok Koul, State general secretary.
The body comprised of Dr Heena Bhat (vice president Incharge Administrative affairs), Ashok Bhat (vice president Incharge Minority affairs), Dr Farooq Ahmad (vice president Incharge Health and Medical Affairs), Tariq Ahmad (vice president Incharge Ulema affairs), Prof Posha Singh (vice president Incharge Office affairs), Asif Iqbal Masoodi (vice president Incharge Sports & Cultural affairs), Hakeem Masood (vice president Incharge Business & Trade affairs) and Sheikh Naseer-u-Deen (vice president Incharge Social affairs).
Zubair Nazir Wani was announced general secretary (Incharge Monitoring& Accountability affairs), Arif Raja as general secretary (Incharge Protocol affairs), Bhat Manzoor Ahmad as media incharge, Nadeem Ahmad Najar as media secretary, Wajahat Ahmad Jan and Nida Nabi as spokespersons, Zeenat-ul-Islam as publicity secretary, Syed Tahir Ahmad as office secretary, Syed Mubashir Qadri as treasurer and Hilal Ahmad Jan, Umar Yaseer Dar, Syed Sujhat Shah, Nazir Ahmad Gilkar, Hilal Ahmad Dar, Ajaz Hussain Rather, Mushtaq Ahmad Dar and Ashraf Nisar as secretaries.
Gh Qadhir Majrooh, Tej Kishan Padroo, Mohd Yaseen Sheikh, Muneer Ahmad Khan, Dr Mohd Yaqoub, Gh Mohd Bhat, Bilal Ahmad Shalimar, Altaf Hussain Bhat, Arbaz Zahoor Bhat, Mohd Amin Bhat, Adnan Ahmad Khursana, Bhat Bilal Ahmad, Sheikh Itfan Ahmad, Basharat Ahmad Bhat, Mohd Amin Bakshi, Abaid Hussain Shah, Shafeeq Ahmad Malla, Mohd Yasir Rather, Yaseemena Akther, Hilal Ahmad Kumar, Sheikh Muzafar, Anan Gul, Tufail Galib Gilkar, Farooq Ahmad Waza, Bhat Gh Mohd, Asiya Jan, Bhat Fayaz Ahmad, Mudasir Baqal, Amir Qadri, Muzamil Bazaz, Shahid Ahmad Mir, Mohd Amin Khan, Arif Rasool Wani, Naveed Ahmad Zargar, Farooq Ahmad Sheikh, Nazir Ahmad Chachu, Bilal Ahmad Laway, Suhail Ahmad Bhat, Mohd Jeelani Ganie, Ashaq Hussain, Waheed Ahmad Mali and Ab Khaliq Dhobi were announced as executive members of the body.
