Siddhant Agarwal, vice president-business development and acquisition at Rupa & Company, speaks to NDTV about an exclusive licence from French Connection. The company has received the licence for 10 years, and will initially source the products locally and then will start manufacturing the same in India. The company is expecting an expansion in margins with this acquisition, he adds.
