After husband, wife dies of food poisoning

Vadodara: Another member of the family hospitalised due to severe food poisoning died at SSG Hospital. Shanta Parmar, who had gained consciousness on died late on Friday night. Her husband, Kesar Parmar has succumbed during treatment Friday morning.
Five members of a family from Khokhar village in Savli taluka had eaten gum berries and khichdi for dinner on Tuesday, and had been under treatment since Wednesday after they started feeling nauseated.Shanta gained consciousness on Friday evening and gave a statement to the Savli police.
