Beck And Members Of The Strokes Cover Eagles Of Death Metal

Beck 052512

Beck teamed up with the Strokes' Nick Valensi and Fabrizio Moretti to cover the Eagles of Death Metal song "I Love You All the Time." The Beck-led supergroup, dubbed the Broke, covered the track for the EODM Play It Forward campaign, which benefits the victims of the Paris attacks in November.

EODM were performing at Paris' Bataclan when terrorists shot up the venue, killing 89 people. All proceeds of sales of "I Love You All the Time" will go to those affected.

Previous artists to contribute covers include Elton John, My Morning Jacket, Kings of Leon, Florence and the Machine with the Maccabees, Imagine Dragons, Savages, Ed Harcourt, Dean Ween Group, Chelsea Wolfe, Pearl Jam's Matt Cameron, Nada Surf, Jimmy Eat World and dozens more.

All the cuts are available at the band's Play it Forward site.
