Rupee up by 14 paise against USD

Mumbai, Apr 7 (UNI) The Rupee strengthened today by 14 paise to 66.52 against the US Dollar in early trade on selling of the greenback by bankers and exportes, dealers at Forex Market said.
It recorded days high and low at 66.46 and 66.56 respectively.
The local unit surged owing to weak Dollar against other world currencies, however weak opneing in equity market restricted from further gain, they added.
