Gautham Karthik plays a biker in his next

Gautham Karthik, who has been away from the limelight for a while now, has signed on a film titled, 46. It is said to be an action film directed by debutant Bala. ���The story is about the illegal bike-racing that takes place in Chennai. The plot revolves around why a lot of youngsters get into racing, why they bet and how the public gets affected by these races.Gautham will be seen playing a biker in this one. The actress if yet to be finalised,��� says Bala who has been an associate director in movies like Velayudham, Jilla and Puli.
Talking about the title 46, he says, ���We chose this title because it is the bike number of a famous Italian bike racer, Valentino Rossi. This number is very popular among illegal bike racers in the city, too.��� The music will be scored by Achu Rajamani.
