Environment Minister Mohammad Machnouk’s media office said Tuesday that “Salim Mouawad was referred to the Environmental Attorney General in the north for his illegal hunting of wild birds”.
This came after Charbel Dagher and Salim Mouawad posted their photos online with tens of dead pelicans; knowing that this kind of bird is inedible and illegal to hunt.
