CBI searching candidates in Gondia

Bhopal: Digging deeper into Vyapam scam's most sensational case - the 2012-transport constable recruitment test - a CBI team has reportedly reached Gondia district of Maharashtra to ascertain credentials of candidates who had appeared for the exam.
Amidst rumours contradicting number of candidates who appeared for the test from Gondia, Vyapam officials maintain that only two candidates had applied for the post from the said district.
"While one did not appear for the 2012 exam, other one got 39,0000th rank in results," said an officer in state government wishing anonymity. tnn
