HOJPUR: A youth was injured after being hit by a wooden log in Warangi VDC-6 of Morang on Saturday.

Local Tilak Limbu (21) was injured when Rabin Chapagain (38) of the same VDC attacked him with the wooden log, said the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratnagar.

Police said Limbu sustained injuries on his head and back. They suspected that the duo had some unresolved issues due to which the incident occurred.

Limbu has been sent to the Neuro Hospital Biratnagar for treatment, police informed.

The Area Police Office, Letang, has arrested Chapagain for investigation.
