David Schwimmer, Jim Sturgess appear in first 'Feed the Beast' trailer

ATLANTA, April 2 (UPI) -- AMC has released a 15-second, first trailer for its upcoming series Feed the Beast, starring David Schwimmer and Jim Sturgess.

The show is about best friends who take one last shot at their dream of opening a restaurant. It is to debut May 31 on the cable network.

The co-production between AMC Studios and Lionsgate is based on the Danish series Bankerot. The 10-part, American version was adapted by writer/showrunner Clyde Phillips, who also serves as executive producer.

Production began in New York City in February. Rounding out the cast will be Michael Gladis, Lorenza Izzo, Christine Adams, John Doman and Elijah Jacob.
