Chaitra Navratri will this year begin on 8 April. This Chaitra Navratri will actually have only 8 ratri as second and third nortu fall on same day. There will be Gudi Padvo and Chetichand festivals on 8 April.
Best Ghat Sthapan mahurat wil be between 6.28 and 10.37 am on first day of Navratri.
Navratri will conclude with Ram Navmi on 15 April.
Every year during Chaitri Navratri, Shakti piths across Gujarat attract huge number of devotees. Particularly Pavagadh shrine of Goddess Mahakali in central Gujarat attracts large number of visitors during Chaitri Navratri.
