Amitabh Bachchan Shut Down Andrew Flintoff On Twitter In The Most Epic Manner Last Night

Kohli blasted through the Australian bowling lineup last night and, of course, the Indian internet went berserk. From status updates to memes, everything was about Virat Kohli. Celebrities poured in wishes too but what stood out was Amitabh Bachchan’s response to English cricketer Andrew Flintoff.

Things began when retired English cricketer Flintoff compared Kohli to another English cricketer Joe Root on Twitter.

Although Joe Root is currently the No. 2 ranked batsman in Test cricket on the ICC Player Rankings and No. 10 on the ICC ODI Rankings, he’s not even in the sniffing distance of being near to Kohli’s achievements in the T20 format. Hence, this didn’t go down well with fans and tweets came flying at Flintoff.
