LAHAN: A man died on the spot after a tractor ((Sa 1 Ta 3057) he was travelling in met with an accident at Govindapur in Siraha on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Opin Sada (20) of Dandatole of Govindapur-8.

The driver fled the scene after the incident, police said.

The body has been kept at the Lahan-based Ram Prasad Uma Memorial Hospital for autopsy, police informed.

Police said that they are searching for the absconding driver.
