A film based on a true incident

After directing a supernatural thriller like Masani and a comedy film, Aindhaam Thalaimurai Sidha Vaidhiya Sigamani, director LG Ravichandhar is back with Naan Avalai Sandhitha Pothu. This time Ravichandhar will explore a reallife incident. ���The film will be on the lines of Autograph and Kadhal -a love story. This is based on a true incident that happened in 1996.So, we have set our film in the same year.Santhosh and Chandini will be playing the lead roles. In the film, Santhosh plays an assistant director, a role that he has already played in Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam. While the role is the same, the way in which we have approached is different. Chandini plays a village belle, who comes to Chennai for work. How they meet and what follows form the crux,��� explains Ravichandhar.
Debutant Jithesh Murugavel, will compose the music for the film.���We will primarily be shooting in and around Chennai, Tirunelveli and in Papanasam. The film will go on floors on April 15,��� says the director.
