Allahabad-Kanpur MEMU special train flagged off

Allahabad: Allahabad-Kanpur MEMU special train was inaugurated on Wednesday. The train comprises twelve coaches having the facility of toilet. It will run on the timings of Allahabad-Farukkhabad passenger till March 31.
From April 1, it will run on the following time table: It will depart from Allahabad at 6:30 am and halt at Subedarganj, Bamrauli, Manuari, Sayyed Sarawan, Manoharganj, Bharwari, Bidanpur, Shujatpur, Sirathu, Athsarai, Kanwar, Katoghan, Khaga, Sathnaraini, Rasoolabad, Faizullahpur, Ramva and arrive at Fatehpur at 9:22 am.After that, it will halt at Kursati Kalan, Malwan, Bindki Road, Aung, Karbingwan, Prempur, Sarsaul, Rooma, Chakeri, Chandari and terminate at Kanpur at 11:30 am. During the return journey, the train will depart from Kanpur at 2:40 pm. Reach Fatehpur at 4:30 pm and arrive at Allahabad at 7:40 pm. Minister of state for food processing industries and Fatehpur MP Niranjan Jyoti, Phulpur MP Keshav Prasad Maurya and Kaushambi MP Vinod Kumar Sonkar jointly inaugurated the train.
