He’s also currently designing five hotels, including the Marriott and Aloft outposts in Hudson Yards and Holiday Inns in Downtown Brooklyn and Queens.
… That embattled celebrity shutterbug Ken Nahoum’s 8,200-square-foot triplex at 95 Greene St. is slated for the auction block on April 20.
There’s a lien of $8.8 million on the property, which includes an 85-foot-long living room, a Philippe Starck-designed kitchen and 9-foot-tall antique Parisian doors.
Nahoum has been fighting with the condo board over unpaid common charges and he’s now fighting his ex, a former Victoria’s Secret model — Polish stunner Basia Milewicz — to sell her stake in the property.
