Major Gen opens recreation hub

Allahabad: Maj Gen Dharam Vir Singh Rana, AVSM, SM, VSM, GOC, MB Area, Jabalpur visited 508 Army Base Workshop, Allahabad on Monday. His visit was part of annual administrative inspection.
The General Officer complimented the unit for maturing into a centre of excellence for all the heavy mobility vehicles and bridging equipment of Indian Army. He was impressed by the upgrades in the production setups, leading to enhancement of production capability.He inaugurated Anand, a recreational complex and state-of-the-art Gymnasium for jawans at unit location in Chheoki. Addresseing employees of the workshop, he complimented their efforts in accomplishing the highest-ever target in the recent years.
