Jennifer Lopez can rest easy about her ex’s questionable ink.
As Ben Affleck confirmed during an interview with “Extra,” his monstrous back tattoo is “fake for a movie.”
“I actually do have a number of tattoos,” Affleck, 43, shared. “But I try to have them in places where you don’t have to do a lot of cover-up … they get sort of addictive, tattoos, after a while.”
Affleck was first spotted rocking the colorful Phoenix tattoo on the set of his upcoming film, “Live by Night,” last December. While the ink itself covers the entirety of Affleck’s back, the tat drew plenty of criticism, particularly from his former fiancée.
“It’s awful!” Lopez, 46, exclaimed on “Watch What Happens Live” earlier this month. “His tattoos always have too many colors, they shouldn’t be so colorful. They should be cooler.”
