Junagadh: 3-month jail to Pakistani woman, deportation thenafter

Additional Sessions Court in Junagadh has sent a Pakitani lady to prison for three months term. She will be deported from international border after jail term.
On 22 September 2010, police had arrested Pakistani lady Riksana Mahammadrafiq Shekhani and her husband Mahammadrafiq Ismail Shekhani from Bhoyvada in Junagadh.
Junagadh Chief Judicial Magistrate corut had given two-year jail and Rs 2500 fine to both against which appeal was filed in the sessions court.
Judge A.N.Joshi of Junagadh Additional Sessions court later reduced term to 3 month simple imprisonment and deportation thenafter to Ruksana while Mahammadrafiq has been acquitted.
