Customer choice 'an inherent right': AACO secretary general

AACO secretary general Abdul Wahab Teffaha, speaking at the CAPA Airlines In Transition Summit, said (10-Mar-2016) open skies and a free market economy are essential and choice for customers on which airline to travel with is "an inherent right." Mr Teffaha said it should be left to the customer to decide the level of success or failure of airlines.
