New Delhi, March 7 : She takes inspiration from Bollywood's 'Shahenshah' and aspires to be the next 'Mastani' of showbiz. "India's Best Dramebaaz" second season winner Swasti Nitya, who hails from Bihar, says Amitabh Bachchan has always been her inspiration, adding that she wants to follow in the footsteps of Deepika Padukone for her journey in Bollywood.

Swasti, 12, was announced as the winner of the second season of children's acting talent hunt TV show on Sunday, and walked away with 'Acting Ka Keeda' trophy, a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh and other goodies.

"My inspiration and favourite is Amitabh Bachchan. I have not seen much of his old movies, but out of what I have seen my best pick is 'Satyagraha', especially the 'anshan' scene. The pauses he takes in between his acts are the best. He is a part of the industry for so long, and he has always mentioned that he learns and grows with each role," Swasti told IANS over phone from Mumbai.

What about her favourite actress?
"Deepika Padukone," pat came the reply.

"I want to do work just like her, and of course I hope to work with her. I will be very happy if I ever get a chance to meet her. I like her because of the work she has done, and her versatility... She has tried everything from comic to intense roles."
For Swasti, who exuded happiness with her chuckle, the feeling of triumph is yet to sink in.

"I cannot believe that I have won. The first thing I did after winning the show was talk to my family," she said.

With no professional training in the craft, Swasti has been acting in plays from the age of 4, and wants to head to New York "and enroll in a university" in future.

If given a choice, she wants to use the prize money to help needy people.

The finale of the Zee TV show marked the end of the journey for 16 'dramebaazes', who came to compete on the show in December.
