Little Millennium celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU, Feb 29: Little Millennium Pre School promoted by M/S Educomp Childcare, organized Annual Day and graduation  ceremony for Roop Nagar and Gandhi Nagar centres in a colourful function at Government College for Women Auditorium, here today.
Ruby Sharma, a renowned Social Entrepreneur and Chairperson IAS Officers Wives Association, J&K was  the chief guest on the occasion.
The function was also attended by Shazaad Salaria, SP South Jammu as special guest, PK Sharma, Chairman Little Millennium Schools J&K, parents of little angels and prominent citizens of the area.
The theme of the event was “Incredible India- Folk Medley” which was portrayed by the children with their vibrant& scintillating performances on the stage like Vandana, Rajasthani Holia, J&K Folk dances,Konkani & Goan dance and national integration song.
The little angels also depicted Yoga Story which provided a sneak peek into the innovative exercise regime of the children in the school.  However, the show stealer was the depiction of “Jammu Meri Jind Hai Kashmir Meri Jaan Hai” by the little ones in run up to performances on Folk dances of J&K State. Mahanaya Sharma daughter of MD Gold Advt Company stood first in Crown Day event.
Earlier, Akhila Magotra, Chief Learning Officer of the Schools presented welcome address.
Ruby Sharma while addressing the gathering appreciated the thematic presentations of the school children and congratulated the management for selecting socially relevant themes to sensitize the little ones at early stage of their life so as to nurture them in developing as good human beings with respect for folk traditions of the country and the state.
One of the finest moments of the function was when the tiny tots graduating from the school to set their first foot forward into the world with confidence came on stage dressed in their graduation Coats and were felicitated by the chief guest.
