Leadership programme held for women

Catering to a team of women leaders in the unorganised sector, Bapuji Rural Enlightenment and Development Society organised a leadership programme at Ba Bapu Bhavan recently.

More than 35 women, employed as construction and domestic workers in various slum areas, attended the programme. Advocate K. Sudha, advocate and human resource trainer Rahimunnisa Begum, programme coordinator Sunitha and project director of BREDS Pragya Pathak were among a few resource persons who spoke on different threads of leadership and challenges faced in heading a team.
