RSS moots path sanchalan on BHU campus to mark foundation day

VARANASI: To celebrate the centennial foundation day of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the swayamsevaks of RSS organised the traditional 'path sanchalan' (full dress rout march) on the campus on the occasion of Vasant Panchami on Saturday.
In their full dress the RSS workers assembled at the agriculture ground near Ayyar Hostel of BHU, where they performed prayer and held a 'baudhik' (speech).
With the portrait of the BHU founder Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya on a jeep the path sanchalan began from the agriculture ground to the foundation stone site passing through Bharat Kala Bhawan, Madhuvan, BHU main gate and Sant Ravidas Gate in Lanka area.
