Youth ends life on Ajwa Road

Vadodara: An 18-year-old youth committed suicide at his residence on Ajwa Road on Thursday night. The deceased Mehul Gohil was found hanging by the ceiling fan by his father Raju Gohil on Friday morning. The police have begun a probe to find reason behind the drastic measure taken by Mehul.
Police said that Mehul did not leave any suicide note.
"On Thursday night Mehul had dinner with his family and went to sleep upstairs.His family told us that he did not show signs of stress. They even told that he did not have any relationships or differences with anyone that could drive him to suicide," said Kishanwadi police sub inspector D G Chaudhary.
Mehul was working at his father's printing press on Ajwa Road.
This is third incident of suicides by youth in the district in less than a weeks' time. On February 5, Naresh Rathod (16) committed suicide after being reprimanded by his elder brother Hitesh Rathod (18) over an alleged lover affair. Hitesh hung himself after he saw Naresh hanging by a ceiling hook in their residence.
