A newborn baby boy was found this morning in a bin outside a block of flats on Shilling Street in Pretoria. ER24 paramedics‚ who were called to the scene by the police‚ said the caretaker of the building was taking the dustbins outside when he noticed the baby."On assessment‚ paramedics found that the baby boy had already been dead for some time."Nothing more could be done and he was declared dead on scene."Police are investigating...
