NEW DELHI -- Mukesh Bansal, the head of advertising and commerce at Flipkart, India's biggest online retailer, has resigned a month after a reshuffle saw the company's co-founders, Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal, assume new roles.

The three Bansals are not related. Mukesh, 40, joined Flipkart in 2014 when Myntra, his fashion portal, was acquired for an estimated $330 million.
