No feelers from TRS yet: Maganti Gopinath

Jubilee Hills TDP MLA Maganti Gopinath today clarified that he was not involved in the Cash-for-Vote case in any manner.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Gopinath said he has not received any notice from the ACB. On senior party leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao’s defection to the ruling party, Gopinath said he was surprised over the reports on the issue. “Errabelli is my good friend and we fought unitedly on various issues”, he said.
Asked about reports that he too was toying with the idea of joining TRS party, Gopinath replied cautiously saying that he has not received any proposal from the ruling party nor any TRS leader contacted him. Gopinath said he will continue in the TDP. (NSS)
