Mohd Yakub was in charge of Lashkar's sea operations, says Headley

American-Pakistani terrorist David Coleman Headley's deposed today before a Mumbai court in connection with 26/11 terror attacks case. The deposition of Headley was delayed on Wednesday due to a technical snag in the video conference. Special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam is presently examining Headley. Here are the LIVE updates.

• I met Ilyas Kashmiri in Waziristan (Pakistan). He was the commander of the Brigade 313.

• Abu Anas was the assistant to Sajid Mir. He was a party to the criminal conspiracy of 26/11 terror attacks.

• Yes, I know him. He's the LeT guy: David Headley on being asked if he knows Abdul Aziz (who was involved in Bengaluru terror attacks)

• I know Haji Ashraf who is a businessman from Lahore. He is in charge of financial wing of LeT.

• I discussed about site for landing boat carrying attackers, with some of members of LeT's naval wing prior to 26/11 attacks.

• I don't know Mohd Yakub's role in 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.

• Muzzammil Bhatt had planned to attack Akshardham temple in Gujarat post destruction of Babri Masjid.

• Besides India occupied Kashmir, Muzzammil (LeT), planned many attacks in different states of India, particularly Maharashtra and Gujarat.

• One person named Abu Dujata introduced me to Muzzammil. Later I learned that both Abu Dujata and Muzzammil visited Indian occupied Kashmir.
• But later he named Ishrat Jahan as LeT operative who was involved in an operation about shooting police at naka.David Headley denied involvement of any woman suicide bomber in LeT on being asked by Ujjwal Nikam
• David Headley confirms that there was a woman wing in LeT, while deposing before Mumbai court.
• Muzammil Bhatt was the head of our group before Sajid Mir.
• The operation was about to shoot police at some naka. One woman LeT named Ishrat Jahan was involved.

• On July 16, 2008, I applied for extension of license (Mumbai office) to stay in premises and extension was granted.

• On November 1, 2006 I signed the agreement of my office in Tardeo area of Mumbai, with landlord Bora.

• I received Rs 18000 from Abdur Rehman Pasha.

• Major Iqbal gave me counterfeit Indian currency 2-3 times.

• I received Rs 2000 in April 2008 and Rs 1500 in June 2008 from Major Iqbal.

• Before my visit to India, I received 25000 US Dollars from Major Iqbal and 40000 Pakistani rupees from Sajid Mir.
  

• Tahawwur Rana visited Mumbai before terror attack and I advised him to return back to the US, so that he won't be in any danger.

• I received all the amount through Nariman branch of IndusInd Bank.

• I received Rs 17636 On November 30 and 1000 US dollars on December 4, 2006 from Tahawwur Rana.

• On November 7, 2006, I received 500 US dollars from Tahawwur Rana.

• On October 11, 2006, I received Rs 66,605 from Tahawwur Rana when I was in Mumbai.

• I opened an office in Mumbai's Tardeo AC market area on September 14, 2006.
