Twins Max and Leo Candidus of the aptly named pizza parlor Max & Leo’s were joined by Patrick Lyons at a get-together to celebrate the opening of the newest location at Game On! at Fenway Park. . . . Lyons didn’t stay too long because he had a dinner date at Scampo with former Celtics coach Doc Rivers, hotelier Dick Friedman, and Dr. Dick Green, owner of the Spine & Sports Injury Center . . . Rivers was in town with the Clippers, who took over the basketball courts at Equinox’s Avery Street club for two hours before Wednesday’s game. . . . While everyone in New Hampshire was busy voting, actor Sam Waterston from HBO’s “The Newsroom” was at the Manchester headquarters of the Boston Institute for Nonprofit Journalism.
