Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA) Is Climbing Despite Q4 Loss

Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA) reported a fourth quarter loss of $0.87 after the close Wednesday, compared to the loss of $0.13 last year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.08. Revenue climbed to $1.75 billion from $1.10 billion in the same period last year. The stock is now up 19.42 on 1.4 million shares.

Tesla Motors fell below Wednesday's trading range going into the close and finished down by 4.58 at $143.67. The stock has been losing ground since the beginning of the year and closed near the lows of the year.
