Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Feb 10 2016 2:12PM BJP accuses TCS officer of working for ruling partyAgartala, Feb 10 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today demanded action against the BDO of Durga Chowmuhani Block in Dhalai district for illegally allowing a person to contest ensuing Village committee election to be held on February 24 next as CPI-M candidate. BJP State President Biplab Deb alleged that Debjyoti Roy, the BDO, a Tripura Civil Service (TCS) officer, validated the nomination paper of one Buchan Debbarma as CPI-M candidate though his name is not there in the electoral roll. “Despite lodging protest against the candidate, the BDO announced him a valid candidate for CPI-M.
