Three centres would be opened for distribution of smart passes-at ISBT, Jawahar Chowk city bus depot and a third mobile unit that would be placed as per demand. At the centres, commuters would be issued new passes while existing passes would also be renewed. Besides, each of the 19 zonal offices will hold a camp every day for a month for issuing these passes to commuters. The smart pass would be applicable only for BCLL run low-floor buses.
