Zendesk's SVP Of Strategy On Rethinking Our Personal And Professional Relationships

With the changing workplace comes changes in how we have to think about our personal and professional relationships. After all, relationships are the foundation of work and personal lives. With advances in technology and changes in behavior, we are finding that work-life balance is being replaced with work-life integration. This means our personal lives come with us to work and our work lives come home with us. To talk about how are relationships are changing, I spoke with Anne Raimondi, the SVP of Strategy at Zendesk. 

Working with Zendesk for over two years, Anne’s position could be described as one that exists to make sure people are happy, work well together and get things done. Zendesk provides a customer service platform and customer service tools for companies to utilize in varies forms. Growing from around 400 employees to over 1,300 since Anne has been on board, Zendesk has maintained a focus on making sure they remain a great place to work.
