Frank O'Flynn has been appointed as a partner in our expanding Corporate Team. Frank advises Irish and international businesses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and fundraisings.

He also has significant experience as an energy and projects lawyer and has advised on the development, financing and operation of energy and infrastructure projects for over twenty years.

Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran, Frank was a partner in another Irish corporate law firm. He has also worked as an energy and project finance lawyer with leading UK and US firms.

Head of Corporate David O’Donnell commented on the appointment, “Frank joins our ever expanding Corporate and Energy Teams and will be working closely with clients to help develop their business.”

Frank’s recent work includes acting for Activision Blizzard, Inc. in its $5.9bn recommended offer by way of scheme of arrangement for King Digital Entertainment plc.

Frank also acted for Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) and Goodbody Stockbrokers as Joint Global Coordinators in connection with the €400m IPO of Cairn Homes plc. on the London Stock Exchange. He is a member of the board of the National Oil Reserves Agency.
