Former head coach of Armenian national football team and FC Pyunik Chief Executive Vardan Minasyan joined the ongoing fundraising aimed to secure the homeless people of Gyumri with apartments, and presented a national team sports shirt and a ball with his autograph for charity auction held on February 28.

“I found out about this wonderful initiative on social media and websites and immediately decided to respond. It is our duty to help socially disadvantaged families. I’m calling for other sportsmen to also join the fundraising and help 13 families to finally get domestic happiness and an apartment of their own,” Vardan Minasyan told Mediamax Sport.

As far as we know, a number of other famous athletes also intend to join the project. We will report that in addition.
