Heads for 4 blocks elected unopposed

Ghaziabad: The heads of all four administrative blocks in Ghaziabad - Loni, Bhojpur, Muradnagar, Razapur - have been elected unopposed in the three-tier panchayat elections in the state.
Polling was not held in Ghaziabad on Sunday because only a single candidate was left to contest for the post in each of the blocks because of withdrawal of nominations which closed at 5 pm on Saturday.
The candidates who have been elected to the blocks are Sunita from Loni, Kavita from Muradnagar, Sunil from Razapur and Kishanveer from Bhojpur.
