Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche is continuing the Silk Road food festival with the next stop on 27^th February in cuisine of Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

The Hotel’s General Manager Mr. Julien Pechey said the food festival will include also Persia in March, Palmira in April and will end in May with China.

He said the monthly event is intended to promote the cultures of those countries, adding that guests would enjoy various Uzbek cuisine and music in the upcoming event.

“We will be very pleased to host a delegation from the Uzbek embassy in Abu Dhabi for the event, the first in the country.”

Marketing and Sales Director Mr. Ismail Ibrahim said the event would promote Uzbek food, folklore and culture to revive the Silk Road which originates from China through Turkey and Central Asia.

He said the festival would open at 7.00 pm at Lemon Lounge Restaurant on 27^th February and that it would also include famous Uzbek dishes for Dh99 per person.
